摘    要:以V_2O_5生产过程中的副产物提钒尾渣为原料,对回收高硅低铁的原料中镓,采用酸浸法、氯化挥发法、压煮一浸出法、焙烧法等进行回收。试验结果表明,采用焙烧法清洁环保、镓提取率高,对处理该类原料具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:This article describes the comparative study on the recovery of gallium from V-recovering tail slag. The raw material is in the process of production of V2O5 by-products. Its composition has the characteristics of high grade in silicon but low grade in iron. The paper also investigates the practical effects of main recovery methods (acid leaching method, high temperature chlorinated volatile method, pressure cooking-leaching method, smelting reduction method, roasting method). The experimental results show that roasting method is a potential and efficient way to recover gallium.
