合金元素及热处理方式对CuZnAl系合金形状记忆恢复力的影响

摘    要:本文研究了CuZnAl系合金马氏体稳定化去除后,合金元素及热处理方式对形状记忆恢复力的影响。结果表明,合金形状记忆恢复力的大小与其屈服强度有关,改变合金成份或变更热处理方式使合金屈服强度升高,形状记忆恢复力将相应增大,有利于提高合金的恢复性能,合金处于拘束状态时将使恢复温区明显增大,但对恢复开始点As基本没有影响。

Abstract:The effects of alloying elements and heat treatment on the shape memory force in CuZnAl base alloy after the treatment to remove the stabilization of martensite is studied in this paper.The results show,the shape memory force in alloy is related to its yield stength,by changing alloying constituent or heat treatment,we can augment its yield strength,then its shape memory force can be increased,which is beneficial to its shape memory properties.When being in restrained condition,the recovery temperature range of alloy will be broadened,but its value of.AS will change fittle.
