| 摘 要： | 以胡锦涛总书记"努力建设一支‘忠诚可靠、服务人民、竭诚奉献’的消防队伍"重要批示为总要求,从消防安全的新挑战、公安消防部队的新任务、消防工作的新要求和人民群众的新期待等方面,分析了消防科技工作要为消防现实斗争服务的客观必然性;从完善体制机制、提高创新能力、加大成果转化和落实政策资金等方面,探讨了消防科技工作要坚持走自主创新道路战略思想;从完善岗位管理机制、引进培养机制、调配流动机制和评价激励机制等方面,对消防科技工作要充分发挥骨干人才作用进行了阐述。
