高硬度CO2气保护堆焊药芯焊丝的研制及其耐磨性能研究

摘    要:研制了一种高硬度气保护堆焊药芯焊丝.对含钨量分别为3.26%,4.13 %,6.15 %,8.26 %的堆焊层性能进行了研究.利用显微照相仪观察堆焊层的金相组织,对堆焊层进行了点扫描及湿磨粒磨损试验.研究结果表明,堆焊层的组织为马氏体和残余奥氏体,碳化物呈球状,弥散分布于基体内,为堆焊层不均匀结晶的结果.堆焊层中含钨量为6.15 %时,热处理后的平均洛氏硬度值为59 HRC,磨损失重量为0.097 g.含钨量继续增加时,硬度值略有下降,耐磨粒磨损性能略有提高.

Abstract:A flux cored wire with high hardness is developed and the shielding gas is carbon dioxide.The tungsten in four deposited metal is 3.26 %,4.13 %,6.15 %,8.26 %,respectively.The fine texture and microstructure of the deposited metal is observed with microscope.Spot scan and wear resistant tests are performed.Research show that the microscopic structure are martensite,residual austentite and carbonide.The carbonide is scattered in the base metal and caused by the unbalance of crystal.The weight percent of tungs...
