PIC单片机在轧机下位机控制系统中的应用

摘    要:该文介绍了一种基于PIC24FJ128GA010单片机的轧机下位机控制系统,阐述了轧机下位机控制系统的基本原理、硬件结构以及软件流程。该系统可完成4-6路模数转换和24位绝对值编码器信号的接收,可靠性高、成本低,极大的降低下位机控制系统的升级成本。

Abstract:This paper introduces the rolling control system based on single-chip microcomputer, and discusses the principle,hardware and the program flow chart of the system. This system has simpler circuit and higher responsibility which could solve practical problems. Such system based on single-chip microcomputer could save the expenditure of the upgrade in the rolling system
