| Abstract: | In this paper,the problem existing in water-saving irrigation and its corresponding reasons are analyzed based on the investment into the water-saving irrigation the present situation in Heze,and the suggestions is put forward to accelerate the water-saving irrigation.It is expected that it can be helpful to development of water-saving irrigation in Yellow River lower reaches. |
