汽车工厂Painted Body Storage的仿真研究

文章是针对于汽车厂PaintedBodyStorage(PBS)的模拟仿真研究。汽车厂装配车间是典型的混流生产方式的车间。在喷漆车间,为了减少颜色频繁变换带来的喷头清洗费用,需要尽量将相同颜色的车辆进行组合。PBS是位于油漆车间和装配车车间之间调配空间,控制投入到装配线的车辆顺序,装配线中要尽量要分散相同配置的车辆。满足车辆的接近禁止和均匀化等约束,一旦不能满足,就需要补助人员的投入。PBS的目标是尽量满足这两种约束条件。文章介绍了汽车工厂的PBS研究。提出了装配线的车辆顺序进场、出场的优化算法,通过模拟仿真证明了该算法的优越性,进行了运营因素中的灵敏度分析。

A Simulation Modeling on the Operation of Painted Body Storage in An Automobile Factory

This paper introduces a simulation study regarding the operation for Painted Body Storage(PBS) in an automobilefactory.Production of automobiles in the assembly shop is a typical example of the mixed model assembly production.However in the paint shop,same colored bodies are grouped together in order to increase the effectiveness of process,for example decrease the loss of cleaning the painting-gun when the color of body changes from one to another.Therefore PBS locates between the paint shop and the trim shop in order to control the input sequence of bodies to the assembly line.There are highly restricted constraints on the assembly sequence in a trim shop.Those are spacing restriction and smoothing restriction.If shch restrictions are violated conveyor stop or utility work be necessary.Thus the major objective of PBS is to control the assembly sequence in a way to meet the two restrictions.In this paper a case study on PBS in an automotive factory is introduced.The storage/retrieval algorithms are suggested and the proposed system is verified using simulation models.Sensitivity analysis for operating factors is also conducted.
