摘    要:实现了齿轮强度设计及其三维建模的三维设计系统;阐述了在VC环境下,运用CAARADE对CATIA进行二次开发的基本方法和步骤,并以标准渐开线直齿圆锥齿轮为例,对运用CAA API三维建模的关键技术进行了探讨。

Abstract:The intelligent design system for gears meets the requirements for rapid and accurate strength design of parts and components in the category of gears and for the integrated 3D modeling.We implement the 3D design system for the strength of gears and their 3D modeling.We also explain the methods and procedures for the second-time development of CATIA with the component application architecture and the rapid application and development environment(CAA RADE) under VC environment.Taking the standard conic gears with involute straight teeth,we discuss in some detail the key techniques of 3D modeling with CAA API.
