玻璃钢管在水电站压力管道中的应用复核分析

摘    要:结合玻璃钢管在水电站压力管道中的应用情况,对石马岱水电站压力管道上部由700 mm管径螺旋钢管调整为600 mm管径玻璃钢管的方案进行管径和压力等级复核。结果表明,调整设计方案中上部1#~12#镇墩之间816.8 m的压力管道,采用600 mm管径玻璃钢管能满足过水能力要求,按1.5倍工作内水压力确定玻璃钢管压力等级合适,且满足现行规程规范要求,验证了调整设计方案的合理性。根据复核分析提出的建议可为玻璃钢管在小型水电站压力管道中的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Combined with the application of FRP pipe in pressure pipe of hydropower station, Diameter of pipe and the pressure rating are analyzed for the adjustment scheme from 700mm diameter spiral pipe to 600mm diameter FRP pipe in the upper of pressure pipe of Shimadai hydropower station. The results show that, in adjustment design scheme between 1# to 12# town pier 816.8m pressure pipes using 600m diameter FRP pipe can meet the requirement of discharge capacity, and it is appropriate that pressure rating of FRP pipe is determined by 1.5 times working water pressure, and it meets the requirements of the current codes and specification, Adjusted scheme is reasonable. Proposals from the review are references for the application of FRP pipe in pressure pipe of small hydropower station.
