化合物半导体薄膜太阳能电池研究现状及进展

摘    要:薄膜太阳能电池具有节约原材料、衬底成本低、转换效率高、性能稳定等优点,近年来得到了快速发展。本文从发展历史及现状、结构特征及制备方法、优缺点等几个方面对碲化镉薄膜太阳能电池、铜铟硒薄膜太阳能电池、铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳能电池、铜锌锡硫薄膜太阳能电池等化合物半导体薄膜太阳能电池进行了对比分析, 指出提高转换效率、降低成本、解决实用化过程中的关键问题等是薄膜太阳能电池的发展趋势及挑战。

Abstract:In recent years, the thin-film solar cells have got the fast development and application for its advantages, such as economical use of the raw material, low cost of the substrate, high conversion efficiency, stable performance, etc. In this paper, some kinds of thin-film solar cells, such as the CdTe cells, the CIS cells, the CIGS cells, the CZTS cells, etc., are introduced and analyzed from the aspects of the history and current status, structure and preparation method, advantages and disadvantages, respectively. Finally, the development trend and its challenges are discussed, such as improving the conversion efficiency, reducing the costs of raw material, and solving the key problems of the practical applications.
