| 摘 要： | 指出了按标准JB4103—85设计的剃前滚刀,有时得不到可行解。而在这种情况下,采用非标准的剃前齿轮滚刀(无触角)可以得到较好效果。介绍了这种无触角剃前齿轮滚刀的切削原理、优化设计数学模型,并通过实例验证了设计效果。

| Abstract: | It is indicated that on a certain condition the solvable result isn't gotten when preshaving hob is designed according to the standard of JB4103—85, whereas preferable effect can be gotten if nonstandard preshaving hob (non-feeler) is designed. The cutting principle and the optimum design mathematical model of such non-feeler preshaving hob are introduced and effect of the design is validated by its example. |
