变频调速技术在基于PLC的电厂中央空调中的应用

摘    要:通过对传统中央空调运行方式及其变频技术节能原理的分析,指出传统中央空调存在的局限性。采用变频技术控制水泵电机转速后,不仅克服了电机直接启停带来的电流冲击和机械冲击,实现了平滑的无级启动,有效地节约了能源,而且避免了电机长期在满负荷状态下运行,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:By analyzing the running mode and energy-saving theory of frequency conversion speed control system of traditional central air condition,the limitations oftraditionalcentralair conditions are indicated.The adoptionoffrequency conversioncontrolofpump-motor speed,not only avoid the current shock and mechanical shock resulting from the direct starting and shutdown of motor,realizing smooth step less start-up and economizing the energy effectively,but also avoid the long-time operation of motor at full load,increasing the economic benefits.
