| 摘 要： | 针对互联网上信息内容的安全问题，拳文介绍了网络信息内容的监管模式和监管方法，具体研究了一种基于XML的RDF标记技术和相应的主动监管方法，给出了以信息网关为中心的内容监管体系结构。
