基于成组技术的复杂零件数控自动编程系统研究

摘    要:针对船用柴油机复杂零件在利用CAPP/CAM技术进行数控编程中出现的问题,分别采用了优先级分级检索策略和加工模板技术,对CAPP/CAM中的相似性进行了挖掘与处理;并通过运用UG二次开发技术和SQLserver数据库技术开发出数控自动编程系统,对从CAPP/CAM中挖掘出的相似性加以利用,实现了UG平台上加工模板定制、与CAPP工艺的匹配和数控自动编程;应用实例验证了系统的可行性与实用性,能够大大提高复杂零件数控编程的效率和编程质量。
