| 摘 要： | 本文采用了平板对峙法初筛、复筛，得到了对油菜核盘菌具有较强拮抗性的细菌，命名为Z-05，对其进行了形态学观察，生理生化特性测定，并结合16SrDNA序列分析，确定其为假单孢杆菌。

| Abstract: | The agar disk diffusion method was used to isolate a strain Z-05, which is an antagonistic bacterium for rape Selerotinia sclerotiorum. Combined with Morphological character and comparison of physiological and biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA was used and this strain was identified be Pseudomonas putida. |
