| 摘 要： | 鉴于国内电机转子的手工动平衡的低效率和国外转子全自动动平衡机的高成本,在自主研发的两工位全自动平衡机的基础上,研发了效率更高的四工位全自动平衡机.对机器的机械系统和测量控制系统进行了研究和升级,解决了一些实际生产中可能碰到的问题.机器的实际运行表明四工位全自动平衡机有很好的可靠性和效率.

| Abstract: | In the view of the low efficiency of the domestic manual rotor balancing machine technique and the high cost of the oversea automatic rotor balancing machine, a four-station automatic balancing machine is developed, which is based on the previous two-station automatic rotor balancing machine.
