摘    要:通过对多台ALSTOM-北重330MW机组汽轮机中压转子不稳定振动进行测试,认为造成不稳定振动是由中压转子发生动静碰摩所致。结合机组结构特点,提出了控制和防止动静碰摩的措施。

Abstract:Througth test of unstable vibration of mediumpressure rotor of many 300MW steam turbines manufactured by ALSTOMBeizhong Inc., it is considered that the cause leading to the said unstable vibration to be collision and wearout between the mediumpressure rotor and the static part. Combining with structure features of the units, measures for controlling and preventing the movable and static parts from collision and wearout have been suggested.
