人工气候老化对乙丙橡胶表面结构的影响

摘    要:乙丙橡胶在户外绝缘系统中应用广泛,其性质和表面结构在环境因素作用下会发生变化。应用SEM、XPS等技术研究了加速气候老人经对乙丙橡胶表面结构的影响。老化后橡胶表面出现微裂纹,链端氧化或链的断裂导致COO-出现。随老化时间增加,高氧化态碳(COO-)相对含量增加,O/C增加,OIS平均结构能降低。

Abstract:EPDM rubber was widely used in outdoor insulation systems.Its properties and surface structure were affected by enviromental stresses during service.Through accelerated weather aging, surface structural changes of EPDM rubber were investigated by XPS and SEM techniques in this paper.The results show that there are a net of fine cracks on the surface of aged EPDM rubber.With increasing aging time,O/C atomic ratio and the relative quantity of C atoms in higher oxidation states(COO )increase. O1s average binding energy decreases.The aging mechanism is also discussed.
