碳酸二甲酯对柴油机排放特性的影响

摘    要:为了研究碳酸二甲酯(DMC)和柴油的混合燃料对柴油机排放特性的影响,在一台TY1100直喷式柴油发动机上进行了不同碳酸二甲酯添加体积比的混合燃料的台架试验。试验结果表明:随着柴油中DMC添加比例提高,发动机功率有所下降,热效率有所提高,NOx的排放无明显变化;HC和CO2的排放略有增加;CO的排放略有降低;碳烟的排放大幅降低,当添加体积比为15%时,碳烟排放的降幅约为50%,此后随着DMC添加体积比的提高,碳烟减排效果逐渐减弱。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) on the emission characteristics of diesel engines,the bench test was carried out on a TY1100 DI diesel engine with the mixed fuel of DMC and diesel fuel in different volume ratios. The results show that with the increase of DMC in diesel fuel,the engine power output decreases slightly,thermal efficiency increases,the emission of NOx has no obvious change,HC and CO2 have a little raise,the CO emission decreases to a certain extent,and smoke emission decreases to a great extent. When DMC volume ratio is 15% in the mixed fuel,smoke emission is reduced by 50%. When the DMC volume ratio in the mix fuel is over 15%,the effect of reducing smoke emission is weakened.
