| Abstract: | In order to accurately grasp the investment chance,the exploiting person must utilize scientific evaluation method and advanced calculating tools,so as to enhance the accuracy of the investment evaluation at the stage of feasibility study.In addition,it also makes a introduction and summarization to the current calculation method,which will establish a base for electing-priority the method of the investment evaluation that will accordant with the commodity residence items at the stage of feasibility study. |
