摘    要:埕岛油田随着开发的不断深入,过低的采油速度与平台、管网寿命之间的矛盾已经成为开发过程中的首要问题.为此进行了"埕岛油田馆陶组开发中后期提液工艺配套技术研究"课题攻关,在注水工艺、机采工艺、完井方式、防砂工艺等多个方面都进行了新技术的研究和应用.介绍了液控式分层注水工艺、水平井钻采一体化裸眼完井工艺、滤砂管防砂、砾石充填防砂、压裂充填防砂等防砂工艺的应用与发展情况,以及海上稠油冷采配套技术、堵水调剖工艺应用情况.提出了埕岛油田采油工艺下一步发展方向.这对于埕岛油田的后续开发及其他类似海上油气田的开发具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:With the development of Chengdao Oilfield, the conflict between low production rate and limited life span of plat-form and network has become an important issue. To solve the problem, a research named matching technologies of liquid stimulation in the middle and late development phase in Chengdao Oilfield was conducted. Research and application of new technologies including water injection, machine mining, well completion, and sand control technologies have been done in the program. Application and development of technologies were introduced, such as fluid controlled stratified water injection, inte-gration of open hole drilling and completion technology in horizontal wells, screen, gravel packing, fracture filling, the matc-hing technologies of heavy oil cold production offshore and water profile control. Future development direction of production technology was proposed. It will certainly be a reference for the follow-up development of Chengdao Oil Field and other similar offshore oil and gas fields.
