| Abstract: | The concept of non engineering measure in flood prevention is explained.The content of the non engineering measure of Yellow River's flood prevention and its internal relation is introduced.The importance and existing problem of the non engineering measure in Yellow River's flood prevention at present is pointed out.The means how to take the non engineering measure in Yellow River's flood prevention is discussed.Therefore,the non engineering measure of flood prevention should be enforced.The role of non engineering measure in Yellow River's flood prevention is introduced.The damage of flood can be minimized |
