混凝土中含气量影响因素的研究

摘    要:通过实验分析了引气混凝土中含气量的若干影响因素,结果显示:相同引气剂掺量下,中热硅酸盐水泥的含气量要低于普通硅酸盐水泥;含气量与水灰比和砂率都是成正比关系,即水灰比越高含气量越大,砂率越高含气量也越大;随着粉煤灰含量的升高含气量逐渐降低;掺加引气剂的混凝土的最佳搅拌时间为3~5min。

Abstract:This paper analyzes factors influencing air content of air- entrained concrete through experiments. Results show that with the same dosage of air - entraining agent, air content of moderate - heat Portland cement concrete is less than that of common Portland cement concrete; increment of water cement ratio and ratio of sand to aggregates can increases air content of concrete; with increased fly ash content in concrete, air content of concrete decreases;optimum mixing time of air- entrained concrete is 3 - 5 minutes.
