| 摘 要： | 本文通过对平板环形毛坯冲压基本变形方式的分析,着重论述毛坯相对尺寸对变形趋向的影响,进而提出了拉深-翻边复合变形方式,并推出一种由环坯冲制管箍零件的工艺方案。

| Abstract: | The deformation which ring blank may take in stamping process was analysed in this paper, and the effect of blank's relative dimension on the deformation trend was discussed in details. Based on the discussion and analysis, a drawing-plunging composite deformation shape was put forward, and the technological possibility of making pipe piece form ring blank has been demonstrated. |
