电沉积泡沫铜孔径与渗透性能的关系研究

摘    要:以电沉积方法制备了孔隙率相同的5种不同孔径的泡沫铜,采用统计的方法测得孔径尺寸并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构与形貌进行观察,在PBR-1型渗透性测定仪上测定单向稳态气流通过泡沫铜时产生的压降,计算材料的渗透性能参数及其与孔径间的关系.研究结果表明,在实验流速范围内,流体通过泡沫铜产生压差随流速的变化遵循Forchheimer定律,即压差随流速的增大而增大,与流速呈二次方关系,流动状态属于层流-紊流转捩区,即有局部紊流存在的层流态.实验测算出了5种不同孔径d泡沫铜的渗透性能参数(渗透率K1、惯性系数K2及形状系数f),分析了各参数随孔径d改变的变化趋势,确定孔径与渗透性能间关系的有关参量,获得电沉积泡沫铜在层流-紊流转捩区的孔径-渗透性经验方程,对电沉积泡沫铜的设计、制备及在相关应用领域的应用具有实际意义.
