原位聚合刚性高分子改性环氧树脂的研究(1)对树脂力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了原位聚合PNM对环氧树脂和粒子填充环氧树脂的改性作用,加入5%左右的PNM,环氧树脂力学性能可以大幅度提高,拉伸强度从纯环氧树脂的50.91MPa、粒子填充(30phr)环氧树脂的69.21MPa,分别提高到94.25MPa和91.85MPa;断裂韧性从纯环氧树脂的0.83MPam1/2、粒子填充环氧树脂的0.72MPam1/2,分别提高到1.86MPam1/2和1.98MPam1/2;而其它性能也有不同程度的改善。

Abstract:The epoxy resin and particle filled epoxy resin modified by in situ polymerized polyazomethine(PNM) have been discussed. The mechanical properties of modified epoxy resins can be enhanced greatly when the content of PNM is about 5 phr. For example, the tensile strength is enhanced to 94.25 PMa and 91.85 MPa for epoxy resin and particle filled (30 phr) epoxy resin with PNM, respectively, while those without PNM are 50.91 MPa and 69.21 MPa, correspondingly, the crack toughness is enhanced to 1.86 MPam 1/2 and 1.98 MPam 1/2 for those with PNM as compared with 0.83 MPam 1/2 and 0.72 MPam 1/2 for those without PNM, respectively, other properties are enhanced to varying degrees too.
