热送热装工艺的研究

摘    要:热送热装是一种节能降耗工艺,对传统工业结构的改革具有深远的意义。但在实际生产中,该工艺会使钢坯/钢锭产生红送裂纹。铸坯/钢锭在凝固后的冷却过程中,会发生C、N化合物析出于奥氏体晶界,削弱晶界能,导致A→F相变,体积膨胀加剧了晶界强度的减弱,在轧制时就会扩展形成表面裂纹。因此,需要制定合理的热送工艺和加热工艺,以保证热送热装工艺的顺利实施。

Abstract:Hot delivery and hot charging is a process of energy conservation and consumption reduction,which is of great significance for the reform and innovation of traditional industrial structure.But in actual production,the technique easily leads to hot delivery cracks on slab/ingot.The precipitation of carbon and nitrogen compound generated in cooling process after strand/ingot solidification exists at austenite boundary,impairs the boundary energy,and A→F phase transformation happens,volume expansion again deteriorates the boundary strength,which will develop to form surface cracks.Therefore,rational hot delivery process and reheating process shall have to be developed.
