基于绝对剩余距离原则的电梯变频控制研究

摘    要:针对电梯在传统速度控制模式下舒适性差,运行效率低,变频器调试复杂等问题,对电梯速度控制方式和理想速度曲线等方面进行了研究,对原有的剩余距离给定算法进行了改进,提出了一种基于LPC1114 ARM Cortex-M3内核单片机及绝对剩余距离为原则的电梯速度变频控制系统。通过搭建实验平台,编写了速度控制系统软件并进行了电梯速度运行实验测试。研究结果表明,在模拟量输出驱动变频器控制模式下,基于绝对剩余距离原则的速度控制方式能减少传统控制模式存在的低速爬行段,有效地提高了电梯的舒适性和快速性,同时能大大简化对变频器参数的设定及调试。

Research on elevator frequency-variable control based on absolute surplus distance principle
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor comfort,low efficiency and complexity of inverter debugging in the conventional speed control of elevators,the studies of the speed control mode,the elevator speed curve and other aspects were focused on. The original remaining distance algorithm was improved,and the elevator variable frequency control system based on LPC1114 with ARM Cortex-M0 core and the absolute remaining distance principle was put forward. By building the experimental platform,the elevator speed control system software was developed and the experiment of elevator speed curve was proceeded. The results indicate that the speed control mode based on the principle of absolute surplus can eliminate the low-speed crawling section in the traditional control mode,effectively improve the comfort and rapidity of the elevator,and greatly simplify setting of parameters and debugging of frequency converter in analog output driving control mode.
