摘    要:报道了测定工业循环冷却水中无磷缓蚀阻垢剂浓度的一种新方法,根据无磷配方中含有的聚羧酸类聚合物能与季胺盐阳离子表面活性剂在碱性条件下形成离子缔合物的特性,利用比浊法定量分析出循环水中无磷配方的聚羧酸类化合物的总含量。试验结果表明:聚羧酸类化合物与12/14烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵形成的离子缔合物的浓度与吸光度之间存在良好的线性关系,而且分析结果不受钙离子、浓缩倍数、浊度、杀菌剂等因素的影响,该方法可适用于工业循环水中无磷配方浓度的有效控制。

Abstract:Reported a new method for the determination of non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibition concentration in the industrial circulating cooling water.According to the characteristics of non-phosphorus containing polycarboxylic acid polymer with quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant can form ion-association complex under alkaline conditions.Quantitative analysis the total content of circulating water polycarboxylate non-phosphorus compounds by turbidimetry.The results showed that: A good linear relationship exists between concentration and absorbance of the polycarboxylic acid compound 12/14 alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride ion-association complex formed.And the analysis of results are not affected from calcium ion concentration factor,turbidity,fungicides and other factors,The method is applied to the effective control of non-phosphorus concentration in industrial circulating water.
