摘    要:分析了华能汕头电厂600 MW超临界机组锅炉汽水分离器启动疏水原设计排放到凝汽器背包式疏水扩容器引起超压及疏水不能回收等一系列问题的原因,论述了将原设计改为经三级减温减压器后排放到凝汽器喉部,用以解决疏水扩容器的超压与疏水不能回收等一系列问题的方案,综合评价了设计修改后设备运行情况及使用效果。

Abstract:The reasons for the overpressure of drain water flashtank and failure to recover drain water in 600 MW supercritical unit of Huaneng Shantou Power Station were analyzed.Based on this,the solution was proposed to discharge the drain water from boiler steam-water separator to condenser throat through three-stage desuperheater.The unit operation and solution application after retrofitting was evaluated.
