摘    要:压电免疫传感器是利用压电石英晶体对表面电极区附着质量的敏感性,并依据生物功能分子(如抗原和抗体)之间的选择特异性,使压电晶体表面产生微小的压力变化,引起其振动频率改变。在此原理基础上可实现对多种抗原或抗体进行实肘、快速地定量测定,具有高特异性、高灵敏度、响应快和小型简便等特点。

The Implementation of Piezoimmunosensor
Abstract:Piezo utilizes the mass-sensing characteristics of the piezoelectric quartz crystal to the surface of electrode area. It relies on the changes in the resonant frequency of piezoelectric quartz oscillators which result from small pressure changes in mass on the surface of the oscillator, in conjunction with the specific reaction of the biologic functional molecules such as antigen and antibody. Based on this principle it can perform a kind of automatic analytical sensor with real-time, quantitative analysis for multi-antigens. It can provide properties of high specificity, sensitivity, rapid response, minitype and simplicity.antibodies
