快速成型技术及其应用

摘    要:对快速成型原理和其优越性作了说明;并列举了快速成型的光固化成型工艺、叠层制造、选择性激光烧结和熔融沉积制造等几种典型的快速成型工艺,同时也列举了几种新近出现的快速成型工艺,包括选择性电铸、低温冰型、直接光成型、三维焊接成型等;快速成型技术凭借其加工原理的独特性和相对传统加工时间的大大节省,在模具工业和修复医学方面得到了大力的推广和应用.

Abstract:Rapid prototyping has an important position in manufacturing industry for its unique processing principle and saving time in contrast to the traditional processing. The principle and the virtues of the rapid prototyping were presented. Several typical rapid prototyping processing such as StereoLithography, Laminated object manufacturing,Selective Laser Sintering and Fused Deposition Modeling as well several new rapid prototyping processing such as Selective Electroform,Ice Prototype Forming,Direct Light Forming,Three-dimensional Weld Forming that emerged of late were listed. Rapid prototyping has found broad application in mould industry and repair medical science. Enterprise and society will gain enormous economic benefits from the development of rapid prototyping.
