地质聚合物基外墙外保温材料的研制

摘    要:采用地质聚合物为胶结材料,以聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒为保温轻骨料,研制了一种新型的有机-无机复合建筑外墙外保温材料。系统地研究了地质聚合物浆料、地质聚合物浆料与聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒的混合比、压缩比对保温材料的导热系数、密度等性能的影响。所制备的保温材料防火性能达到B1级,各项性能指标均达到JG 158—2004《胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统》标准的要求。

Abstract:The new composite inorganic-organic external thermal insulating material was developed by taking geopolymer as the cementations material and polystyrene foam particle as the thermal insulating lightweight aggregate.The influences of geopolymeric slurry,ratio of slurry and polystyrene foam particle and compression ratio on the thermal conductivity and density of the insulation material were studied.The flame resistance of thermal insulating material has arrived at B1,and the properties have reached the requirement of national standard JG 158—2004 "External Thermal Insulating Rendering Systems Made of Mortar with Mineral Binder and Using Expanded Polystyrene Granule as Aggregate".
