摘    要:通过将纯聚脲技术和目前主要的修复材料及技术进行对比研究,总结纯聚脲技术应用于水利工程防护的优势.分析探讨水利基础设施纯聚脲防护工程质量控制的关键技术问题及解决方案.选取2例最新的水利行业典型的纯聚脲防护工程,针对各自特殊的施工和服役环境,阐述纯聚脲技术在应用中的创新性和优越性.理论研究及工程应用表明,纯聚脲材料无毒无污染,施工绿色环保,可应用于生活饮用水输水配水设备的防护:材料成型不受施工环境温湿度的影响,加上优异的力学性能和兼具防腐、耐磨、防水、防撞击等多项综合性能使其成为水利工程突破性的防护技术.

Abstract:The pure polyurea technology and current major repair materials and techniques were compared.Analyzed the key points of quality control in hydraulic infrastructures pure polyurea protective projects and explored the corresponding solutions.Two latest typical pure polyurea protective projects in hydraulic industry were selected,the innovation and superiority were elaborated in terms of particular construction and service environment.Conclusions can be drawn as follows:Pure polyurea material is non-toxic and non-pollution so that it can be applied to the protection of drinking water delivery equipments;The forming of pure polyurea is not affected by the temperature and humidity of construction environment.In addition,the mechanical and many other integrated properties are excellent,such as anti-corrosion,anti-abrasion,waterproof,anti-impact and etc.
