屋面防水沥青再生相容性评价方法研究

摘    要:为了准确、快速地评价再生剂对屋面老化沥青的再生效果,根据对沥青-正庚烷体系胶粒聚沉规律的分析,提出了基于电导率试验的沥青与再生剂相容性评价方法和再生沥青胶体稳定指数SC的定义。通过测试沥青-正庚烷体系的质量分数电导率的变化规律,对再生剂与屋面防水沥青的相容性进行了测试。研究结果表明,采用该方法评价屋面防水沥青与再生剂的相容性是可行的,试验结果与针入度指数法和胶体不稳定指数法的结论一致,进一步验证了该方法的准确性,且该方法具有操作简单、安全、测试时间短的优点。

Abstract:In order to accurately and quickly evaluate the effect of recycling agent for roof aged asphalt,the evaluation method of recycling agent based on conductivity experiment was proposed according to the analysis of the coagulation rule of colloidal particle in the n-heptane-asphalt system,and the recycled asphalt colloidal stability index(SC) was defined.By measuring the variation of mass fraction conductivity of n-heptane-asphalt system,the consistent of recycling agent and asphalt was evaluated.The test results show that the method of recycling agent based on conductivity test is feasible,and the conclusions of the method are equivalent to the Penetration index(P.I.) and Gaestel index(IC).So the accuracy of the method is proved.The method has the merits of simpleness,safety and determination in a short time.
