剑麻纤维增强膨胀玻化微珠/酚醛树脂复合保温板的研究

摘    要:采用热固性酚醛树脂作为胶粘剂制备酚醛树脂/膨胀玻化微珠二元复合板材,研究了不同树脂用量对复合板材压缩强度、冲击强度和导热系数的影响。并采用天然剑麻纤维增强该二元复合板材,制备出酚醛树脂/膨胀玻化微珠/剑麻纤维三元复合板材,探讨不同纤维含量和不同纤维长度对复合板材性能的影响。结果表明,复合板材具有较好的抗压强度和冲击强度,优异的保温性能;剑麻纤维可以明显提高板材的冲击强度,纤维长度为15~20 mm所制备的复合板材的冲击强度优于纤维长度为5~10 mm所制备的复合板材。

Abstract:In this paper,the expanded and vitrified small ball(EVB)/phenolic resin composite insulation board was prepared with as thermosetting phenolic resin as adhesive,and the effect of phenolic resin content on the compressive strength,the impact strength and thermal conductivity of the duality composite board was studied.Furthermore,the sisal fiber(SF) was used to reinforce the phenolic resin/EVB composite board.The influence of the content and length of SF on the properties of composite board was also discussed.The results indicated that,the composite board showed better compressive strength,impact strength and good heat-retaining property.The impact strength of the composite board could be obviously increased when the SF was mixed into the composites.The fibers with the length of 15~20 mm showed more reinforcement effect than the fibers with the length of 5~10 mm.
