早强型聚羧酸减水剂的分子设计与性能研究

摘    要:基于聚羧酸减水剂的分子可设计性,引入一些特殊基团,优化梳形共聚物分子结构以开发早强型聚羧酸减水剂。在固定甲基丙烯酸酸钠(SMAS)与丙烯酸(AA)摩尔比的条件下,研究丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)以及马来酸酐与三乙醇胺酯化物(TEA-MA)在不同替代率下对早期强度的影响,并进行了相关性能测试,得出AMPS替代率为25%时具有较好的早强效果。

Abstract:Based on the designability of polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules,a new kind of polyearboxylate superplasticizer with early strength has been developed by introducing some special groups to optimize the molecular structure of a comb-copolymer.In the condition of the certain mol ratio of SMAS and AA,exploring the influence of the different replacement rate of AM,AMPS,TEA-MA to early age strength,and do that relevant performance tests to 25% replacement rate of AMPS has good early strength effect.
