摘    要:采用种子乳液聚合法制备出有机硅改性核-壳型甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。探讨了聚合反应温度、反应时间和有机硅用量对乳液性能的影响。用红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)及热重分析(TGA)表征乳胶膜结构及热稳定性能,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了乳胶粒的微观形态结构,通过接触角和吸水率表征了有机硅改性氟碳乳胶膜的表面性能。

Abstract:A core-shell structure organic silicone modified copolymer emulsion of hexafluorobutyl acrylate-acrylate was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization.The effect of polymerization temperature,time and silicone content on emulsion properties was discussed.The structure and heat stability of emulsion film are characterized by use of IR,DSC,and TGA.The microstructure and morphology of the emulsion particles are investigated by TEM.The surface performance of the emulsion coating is characterized by contact angle and moisture absorption.
