| 摘 要： | 水利工程建设中，由于工程的特殊性，在市场经济务件下，应注意以下几个问题：1)现场发生工程量的签证；2)记录工地现场情况；3)召开监理例会及批复文件；4)合同管理；5)各种价格信息的收集；6)成本的管理。注重这些问题将会给工程管理带来很大的益处。

| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition, there are several problems that need careful attention in the construction process of hydraulic projects. These problems are:(1)signing and affirming the quantities of works in construction site(2)taking notes of the situation in construction set(3)calling regular supervision meeting and sending down official approval or answer documents in time(4)managing contracts(5) collecting assorted price information (6)making a good job on cost management. Paying attention to these problems may bring a lot of benefits to the project management. |
