硅烷偶联剂改性PPy/SiO纳米导电复合材料的研究

摘    要:首先用硅烷偶联剂APS处理SiO2,然后用化学聚合方法合成聚吡咯/二氧化硅(PPy/SiO2)纳米复合材料。文中分析了硅烷偶联剂的结构特征和作用机理,复合材料电性能研究结果表明APS的加入使得复合材料的PPy含量增加,电导率及材料稳定性提高。其中PPy/1%APS-SiO2复合材料电导率最高,为38.46S/cm,达到文献报导最高值。

Abstract:Silica particles were first modified by silane coupling agent aminopropyltriethoxy, then PPy/SiO nanocomposites were prepared by c hemical polymerization.In the text, the structural characterization and action mechnism of coupling agent were discribed.The research result s about conductivity of nanocomposites indicate that the adding of APS made the increasing of PPy content, conductivity and stability of com posite materials. The conductivity of PPy/APSSiO is 38.46 S/cm, which is the highest among those have been reported.
