无皂马来酸酐-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液施胶剂的研究

以马来酸酐(MAH)、苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为共聚单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)/亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原型引发剂,采用无皂种子乳液共聚法合成了一种阴离子型乳液施胶剂;然后将该施胶剂与氧化淀粉复配制成施胶液。讨论了反应条件对乳液稳定性及施胶液应用性能等影响。结果表明:制备施胶剂的较佳反应条件为m(MAH)∶m(St)∶m(BA)=1.7∶5.7∶4.3、n(KPS)∶n(亚硫酸氢钠)=3∶2且w(KPS+亚硫酸氢钠)=2.5%、反应温度68~75℃和反应时间6 h;该施胶剂的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为39.02℃和105℃;将该施胶液用于纸张表面施胶时,其纸张施胶度比原纸提高了4倍,其纸张平滑度、耐破度及张力等比纯淀粉施胶液分别提高了89%、17%和58%。

Study on sizing agent of soap-free maleic anhydride-styrene-acrylate emulsion
