| 摘 要： | 绿色建筑评价标识制度的参与主体包括消费者、房地产开发商、建筑能效测评机构以及政府部门.本文通过对参与主体的界定以及其特点和作用的分析,同时根据绿色建筑评价标识制度现阶段存在的主要问题,建立了需求侧主体消费者和房地产开发商的进化博弈模型,分析了制度中需求侧主体的运行机理,并对现阶段绿色建筑评价标识制度的发展提出了相应建议. |
