| 摘 要： | 在氢氧化钠存在下,对醇类物质在高温高压条件下进行了氧化脱氢反应的研究,获得了丁醇一步法制取丁酸的最佳反应条件是:反应温度 275℃、反应压力 2 5MPa、碱醇摩尔比 1 2、反应时间 8h。反应选择性为100%,一次反应收率在 87%以上。产品色谱质量分数为 99 9%,香气纯正。

| Abstract: | The dehydrogenation reaction of butyl alcohol at high temperature and high pressure in the presence of NaOH to from butyric acid in one step was investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were temperature 275℃,pressure 2.5 MPa,mole ratio of NaOH to alcohol 1.2 and reaction time 8 h.Selectivity of the reaction was 100%,and the yield was over 87%.The product purity was high,and the odor was very pure. |
