基于HAZOP方法的水煤浆气化工艺风险分析

摘    要:针对水煤浆煤气化工艺运行中的诸多风险,采用基于偏差思想的HAZOP方法,以引导词为索引,分析了煤气化工艺过程,并以分析结果为依据,导入LOPA保护层进行本质安全分析。结果表明:在HAZOP分析中,融入LOPA方法,能实现对现有保护措施的可靠性的量化评估,确定其消除或降低风险的能力,从而确定是否需要增加其他安全保护措施,以减少水煤浆气化工艺运行风险。

Abstract:The HAZOP assessment based on deviated concept was put forward confronting many risks in the opera- tion of the coal gasification process. The coal gasification process was analyzed, and the result of which was introduced in- to the LOPA protection layer for intrinsically safety analysis. The result showed that integrating the LOPA method into the HAZOP assessment could realize quantitative evaluation of the reliability of the existing protection measures and determine its capability of removing or reducing the risks, consequently, determine whether further safety protection measures were necessary. In this way, risks in process operation were reduced.
