| Abstract: | The effects of various modifying additives and modifying processes on the microstructure and properties of Cralloyed white cast irons were summarized. By purifying the alloy melt, refining matrix grain and carbide, it is possible to increase the impact toughness of the Cr-alloyed white cast iron. |
