注吹一次成型全自动吹瓶机回转模设计

介绍了用注塑机改装的注吹一次成型全自动吹瓶机回转模部件结构设计。在通用注塑机动、定板之间加装一个回转模部件 ,定板做成注射凹模部件 ,动板上安装开边模部件 ,合模时 ,熔融塑料注射到凹模与回转模芯棒之间的空腔形成吹瓶用的管坯 ,而在动板侧(开边模部件)将回转模芯棒上的管坯吹制成开边模合模型腔形成的瓶形。整个工作过程用微电脑或可编程序控制器(PC)控制。

Design of the Revolving Mould for Automatically Injecting and Blowing Bottles at One Time

The design of the assembly structure of the revolving mould used on the fully automatic bottle_blowing machine that was reformed from an injection machine was introduced. A revolving mould assembly was added between the movable and fixed plates of the general injection machine. The fixed plate was made as the injection matrix component. And the opening component was installed on the movable plate. While closing of the mould, the melt plastics was injected into the cavity between the matrix and the bar core of the revolving mould to form the tubular blank for blowing bottles, and the opening component blew the tubular blank into the bottle shape formed by the closing of the opening mould. The whole working process is controlled by microcomputer or programmable controller.
