| 摘 要： | 2002年，中国海螺水泥集团对4条10000t／d生产线熟料煅烧设备进行了国际招标，给当时总共只有3条10000t/d水泥生产线的世界水泥界带来震惊。在介绍已有万吨线来历与发展的基础上，对已投产的史密斯公司和伯力鸠斯公司的10000t/d和7500t/d生产线煅烧装备系统性能、预热器、分解炉，回转窑及喷煤管的配置和技术参数作了详细对比。同时，作者从技术经济角度对我国水泥工业大型化发展发表了若干意见。

| Abstract: | In 2002, China Conch Cement Group invited international public bidding for clinker firing equipments of four 10 000 t/d production lines, which shocked the world cement public of the time, and then there were only three 10 000 t/d production lines in the world. Introduced origin and development of 10 000 t/d clinker production line first, and then compared firing equipments` performance of 100000 t/d clinker production line of F.L.Smith campany with that of 70500 t/d clinker production line of Polysius campany as well as configuration and technical parametes of each preheater, calciner, rotary kiln and coal dust burner pipe. At the same time, the author brought forward several suggestions on large-acale oriented development in China cement industry form angle of technic and economy. |
