| 摘 要： | 根据烟气制酸系统的工艺特点和控制要求．利用PROFIBUS-DP现场总线构建烟气制酸监控系统．实现了对硫酸生产的集中管理和分散控制。本系统在降低成本．减少维护以及简化管理的同时．极大提高了硫酸生产的连续性、稳定性和实时性，在经济及社会效益方面均取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | According to the production process and the control requirement of Acid-producing with smoke system, the monitoring and control system of Acid-producing with smoke is built based on the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology. The centralized supervision and distributed control of vitriol producing are realized, This system reduces the invest cost and simplifies the maintenance. At the same time, it also improves the reliability, stability and real-time quality of the product line. The practical application in several enterprises proves that this system is good in both economy benefit and society benefit. |
