| 摘 要： | 第 12届世界地震工程会议于 2 0 0 0年 1月 30日至 2月 4日在新西兰的奥克兰(Auckland)举行 ,会议论文展示了 90年代以来地震工程学界和土木工程学界的最新研究成果和研究动向。论文作者将用三篇文章按照①地震动的研究与地震区划 ;②结构性能目标水准和破坏与可靠性评估 ;③结构抗震设计方法等三方面对会议中与结构抗震设计理论有关的论文进行归纳整理。本文主要讨论地震动的研究与地震区划的研究情况 ,另两个问题将在以后的文章中讨论

| Abstract: | The 12 th WECC was held in Aukland, New Zealand from January 30 th to February 4 th in 2000. The papers presented in the Proceedings show the latest research findings and trends in the field of earthquake engineering and civil engineering since the nineties. Referring to the papers in the proceedings related to the seismic design theory of structures, they are summarized by the authors in three articles according to:(1)research on ground motion and seismic zonation; (2)performance level of structural behavior and assessment of damage and reliability;(3)seismic design method of structures. This paper will discuss mainly on the research of ground motion and seismic zonation. The other two topics will be discussed in the subsequent articles. |
