摘    要:主要对北海船厂工程钢吊车梁及轨道改造项目的施工技术进行了分析和研究:通过事先对影响施工质量、进度等的因素以及可能发生的风险进行分析,并针对现场的实际情况采用了起吊架作为主要起重工具进行吊车梁系统提升的办法,同时通过优化施工顺序、合理安排施工作业人员形成了流水作业,解决了阻碍工程顺利进行的各个难点,保质保量地完成施工任务,并且取得了较大的利润.

Abstract:This paper is to analyse and study the reconstruction technology of the steel crane beam and orbit in the North Sea Shipyard.Based on the analysis of the factors affeting the construction quality and progress and potential risks,in light with the actual site situation, the crane beam system is upgraded by using the cathead as the main lifting tool.Meanwhile, all the problems that prevented the project from smooth progress have been solved through optimizing the construction sequence and rationally arranging the construction workers so as to form an assembly line.As a result,both the quality and quantity of the project have been guaranteed and great profit has been achieved.
